Rosemary Milkins PSM

Rosemary Milkins PSM is a former Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Chief Executive of Fire & Rescue NSW responsible for all business functions, recruitment, training and community safety. She is also a former Deputy Commissioner of NSW Police. With over 40 years in the public sector, she was Assistant Director-General in the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet and held other senior executive positions in Health and Education. Her roles encompassed diverse areas including policy and strategy, workforce management, government relations, planning and governance, corporate services delivery and reform. She is currently an independent member of several government sector audit and risk committees.
