Frank Pagano AFSM, ESM

Having dedicated over 30 years to the fire service, Frank Pagano has experienced all aspects of fire fighting and management, beginning his career as a Firefighter in Mount Isa, and eventually becoming the Executive Director of Emergency Management Queensland (SES) where oversaw disaster response, flood response, and rescue helicopters. Other roles included Deputy Commissioner of Operations Management for the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service, and he was the first Assistant Commissioner of Community Safety and Risk Management for the Fire and Rescue Service.
