Neil Bibby AM, AFSM

Neil Bibby was the CEO of the Country Fire Authority between 2002 and 2009 prior to which he was Assistant Chief Officer of the Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade where he started as a firefighter in the 1970s. He has been the Chairman of the Emergency Services Foundation since 2011. Working closely with emergency management services in the Asia/Pacific Region, he is the current editor of the Asia Pacific Fire Magazine.
